I am so excited after reading the description of Higher Intensity Step. :7 This made my day:

Yes, I am up for the challenge. I love, love, love mambos and spins! :7 Thank you so much for including a taste of more complex choreography in this workout. :7 This should keep me entertained until you find time to film another Rhythmic Step or Step Works! ;-) (Please, please, please!)

Blue is my favorite color, so I am delighted to see blue outfits in another workout! :7 Happy editing!

What did you think about the 62 pound underhand barbell row? I KNOW that I cannot do that, yet:7 !! I am anxious to get started.
 
Hi Heather! Based on what you just wrote you will LOVE the Lower Intensity step choreography. My favorite outfit is the one we are wearing for that workout too. Take Care:)

I peeked in here for a minute before my workout, and you just made my day! :7 It sounds like a combination of the step segments will make a fun cardio workout! :7 I love, love, love the full-coverage outfit you and Cedie are wearing in Lower Intensity Step. That one is definitely my favorite. Y’all look beautiful in blue, and it looks pretty in front of the ocean! I love the “nautical” look of that outfit. The brightness of the set combined with the colors you have chosen make me want to do these workouts every day, and I have not even previewed them yet! The weight workouts appear to be out of my league, but I am looking forward to the step workouts and kickboxing workout. Speaking of which, it is time to sweat! ;-)

I too want to thank you for putting in what sounds like somewhat complex choreography in this one as well. It keep the workouts fun and challenging for the body and mind. I would love to see you continue to do this in the future! Anyway, I'm so excited for this series.
