Hey all. I have Power 90, but it drives me crazy. Maybe I need to just give it another try? Anyhow, I like the concept of what it is trying to accomplish workout-wise. Alternating cardio days with full body days, six days a week with abs everyday. On the beachbody site, so many people have had wonderful success following this series. I was wondering if alternating a particular Cathe full body workout with a particular Cathe cardio (or maybe even another cardio) would give you the same type of results (of course following a good diet!)? Or is there something to the science of the Power 90 system and I should give it another shot? I was thinking if I could alternate Cathe strength with her cardio, I could do either Push/Pull or Supersets, or maybe even ME. Does anybody have any suggestions?
