I'm starting Meso 3 and my bench does not have an incline position. Should I skip those portions in Meso 3? Up until now I have been able to use my step as an incline bench with Meso 2 but going up in weight I fear the weight will be too heavy to hoist up into position that way. Should I do what I can with a step/incline and just do more reps or skip the inclines altogether in Meso 3??
