I don't get the strength/endurance/mass thing now.
I "compare" myself to Cathe in a lot of ways.. our height, porportions, figures and forms look very similar so I use her weights as a guide to what mine should be (I know when you grab 10's for most shoulder exercises then I go for the 8's hehe). I still have yet to match her on many of the workouts (many I already have-- and Im talking the OLDER ONES lol!)
My size is fine where it is, some muscles I do not want to get any bigger or bulkier until some of the other ones have caught up.
BUT, how can I get STRENGTH GAINS and increase my weights without getting BIGGER?
Is it even possible? I feel like I have reached a bit of a plateau, but I know I can break through it-- maybe the heavier the wegihts I want to be able to eventually handle, the HARDER Ill have to work for it![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
But I sure would like to know how I can get the STRENGTH to support the SIZE of my muscles (by the looks of some of them I would think that I could handle a lot more weight.)
