Cathe- strength assymetry question

Hi Cathe!

My left bicep is stronger than the right, whereas my left tricep is weaker than the right. It is a noticable difference in strength. How can I even things up a bit? I do upper body 2x/week. Should I use a heavier weight for the weaker muscle, or add an extra day or more reps?

I'm always very careful to work both sides evenly, so I don't know if it's appropriate to use different weights or reps for one side of the body.

BTW, thank you so much for Hardcore! I absolutely love it and Core Max is already making a noticable difference in my abs! You're the best! :7
