I was reading on your website that you breastfed. I was just wondering if you was able to gain any muscle or just maintain while breastfeeding. If you don't mind my asking, how long did you breastfeed? My son is 8 weeks and I have been breastfeeding exclusively. I do your workouts 6 days a week, usually 3 days cardio & 3 days weights. I started back exercising about 4 weeks ago. I don't want to get discouraged thinking I should be seeing results (muscle gains) when it isn't possible. I have lost all baby weight and still have little muscle left (lost some while pregnant)but my abs haven't yet appeared. Thanks Cathe, you are my inspiration.
