Have you considered doing weight workouts similar to P90X or Barry's Bootcamp where you do say Chest Presses for 1-2 minutes where viewers can do their own count, own rep speed? I've been doing those type of workouts a bit more often and find them to be a bit more versatile and more room to grow/improve. Just a thought. That said, I still am looking very forward to the 4 Day Split! Good Luck with filming!
