how you're coping with trying to stay in shape? I know you're going through the RICE thing, but perhaps you're still doing upper body stuff? Can you do any aerobic work at all? Are you worried about losing your fitness? I am sorry for you that you're injured, but it seems a perfect opportunity for your users/fans to find out how a pro handles trying to stay in shape while injured. I apologize in advance if this question has been asked already - I hadn't seen it.
 
Hi Lwdinsf! Yes, I am still training upper body and core in ways that do not interfere with recovery. I found that doing an upper body fitness circuit on the machines with no break keeps my heart rate up. I do a 30 minute circuit going from machine to machine. As far as cardio, I'm not too worried about losing cardio capacity since I usually can get that back within two weeks. Thank you for asking :)
