Cathe, should I do Crosstrain Xpress in the order presented?

Hi Cathe,

After a long absence from your workouts, I have decided to start back with the Crosstrain Xpress series. I bought the DVD last month and find that the order in which they are presented in the DVD is not by Largest-Smallest muscle group. My question is this: Should I rearrange them so this is the case or is their a best way to approach these workouts?

Not Cathe (though I wish I had her body, hehe)....but, overall it probably doesnt matter too much which order you do them in. However most like to put a least a day btwn Power Circuit and Leaner Legs since Power Circuit does contain leg work as well.

I asked this same question earlier and it was suggested (by a catheite) that I arrange the workouts according to the body parts worked at the end of the workout, for example: Back,chest,shoulders,bi's and tris. However, although it makes sense, I find it kind of weird that Cathe would film the workouts the way she did and arrange them as she did.

When I tried to put Back and chest one day after the other, I was too sore to work any other muscle group after that....really interesting.

SO...Come'on Cathe...give us a clue.;-) Deb
