I'm in the last week of the Aug 2005 Bootcamp rotation and I have definitely noticed endurance. I had to do all 3 Imaxes the first week and usually I dread #3 a bit. Well, in my last week I had Imax 3 and 200 walking lunges and 200 sit ups today and I was talking during most of the intervals and didn't stop the tape. Felt great!!!!
Now I'm just trying to figure out what to do next.
When I did my own rotations, I had a hard time allowing myself a day off. Doing a Cathe rotation make it seem "okay" to me to take off because Cathe said so....silly, I know, but it worked. I also felt I couldn't cheat at all because this was my first rotation and I wanted to see how it worked.
I don't run, so I did sub differnt cardio for the running.
I loved it.
