Cathe - rotation question

First, I want to say I absoultely love your workouts! My question is this: some of the rotations include time for running. I tried running. I HATE RUNNING :7

Is there anything of similar intensity I can sub for this portion? I want to stay as true to your rotation as possible. Also, 200 walking lunges??????????????? Seriously????????????? :eek:

Cann you do a spin class? How about an eliptical machine? Actually any activity that is not the norm that you typically reach for. Reason being variety of movement style is excellent for the mind and body.

YES!!! 200 walking lunges }( Oh c'mon, that's just 20 laps of 10 lunges per lap :7

I can do spinning and used to take spinning classes at the gym. I'll look into that again. Thanks SO much for answering my question!!!!
