Cathe rotation like CE?

I'm very intrigued by ChaLean Extreme, yet don't feel like I should be spending the money right now. I love the short workout concept ,maximiing your time and intervals.

Has anyone here thought of a Cathe rotation that would closely mimic CE? I have many, many Cathe DVD's and I know there must be a combination/rotation out there I could do without spending more $.
 
Nothing really is like CLX because of the combination moves in the Burn and Lean phase. You could try just doing your own squat, lunges, and plies' while doing an upper body workout, go slow for 10-12 reps (not like a Firm workout where it would be fast and light). Someone mentioned using Jari Loves Ripped to the Core and slowing down to go heavy for 10-12 reps like CLX does.. Actually Jari's new workout Extremely Ripped looks like it has combination moves and are short. maybe you can slow it down in this one too.
 
I don't know of any full body workouts that come close to CLX.
Best way to describe it- Jari Love Ripped to the Core meets Cathe's Slow and Heavy (combination moves, heavy lifting, less reps, slow and controlled reps).
