Cathe I really could use some of your great advise on a rotation for bad knees. My doctor told my I can't go any higher than 6 inches on my step for the aerobics. I have been walking a few miles a day and riding a few miles a day also. I was wondering if you can give me an idea of a rotation I can do. I want to drop 15 pounds also. I know that I am limited since my knees are bad. My back is getting better since I have been walking and riding my bike so the soreness there is gone, That was just my scoliosis acting up since I had to take it easy for my knees for awhile. The only problem area that I have is really my butt and my lower ab section, I am still toned in my upper body from all the awesome workouts you have one DVD LOL. My legs are getting toned from all the walking and bike riding LOL just need to loose the weight and tone my lower abs and my butt. I have you Body blast but the timesaver DVD I love the kickbox ones.
