Cathe Rotation Challenge

Hi Everyone!!! How did your first week go???? Mine went well, I lost 2 lbs.!! I was happy. I am already going to take a rest day tomorrow, which doesn't make me happy, but sometimes....we are on vacation, and we are going to get up and go to Shipshewana to the flea market. I feel uncomfortable about it, but I am determined to make it the rest of the week without failing. How did everyone else do???

Congratulations on the weight loss Lori! My first week went well. I haven't lost any weight though because my diet has not been great in the past week. I plan to start working on that though. I got a new cookbook yesterday and I am going to try to make more homemade healthy meals because I eat out too much. Hope everyone else is doing great!

Lori, congrats on the loss!!!! How funny does that sound? I had to take 2 rest days last week which totally blew me off track, but I'm back with a vengance. I am hoping to boost myself off the plateau I'm on. I've been stuck at 147 for MONTHS! I know part of it is my eating habits--not enough protein & too little to eat. I'm getting myself into an proper eating mode today & have a month of no school, so I'm not going to miss a workout if I can help it!

I have had to increase my upper body weights already. I can do all of MIS but Leaner Legs kills me. My goal is to get through the whole workout by the end of the month.

Looking forward to reading everyone's progress.
 
Well, I didn't take the rest day. I KNEW if I took it this early in the week, I would miss again sometime this weekend. So, I got up extra early, and did all my PS UB, plus I did Step and Intervals from CTX!! HA! We always go to this Amish restaurant called The Essenhaus when we go to the flea market. It is nothing but delicious, fattening food. My husband wanted to get back early today, so he said we could skip it. So, I packed all my healthy food in the cooler, and we are off. Hi Lori! I finished up my 4th week on the TTA rotation and have seen more definition and cut more than ever before. Great results and I still have 4 more weeks to go!! Did well in spite of the intense heat here in NY (its been close to 100 every day). Don't know how I've been keeping up but I have. I did cave in though on Friday, just too hot but did work out Sat. morning at 7:30 to finish out the week. This is the longest I've ever kept to any rotation and still not getting bored. We'll see. My first week did and didn't go well. I stuck to the workout, added another week's rotation so that was good. My weight did not go down and my thigh measurement went up by half an inch. Arggggg!! Starting Monday I cleaned up my diet, weight is slowly reducing and things are now going much better.

I have completed my first rotation and am now moving on to my second one (doing a two week rotation now) tomorrow morning. I am beginning with Imax and am scared!!

Getting Fit- I am exactly the same as you. I am 5'4" and went from 147 to 145. I always pretty much stay right here. I have alot of fat around my stomach, but I would also like to lose a little around my thighs. I would love slender legs. I always call my thighs "Turkey Thighs." I am really going to try to be where I want to be. It is tough, but I am really ready to give it my best shot. I know I will never be body perfect, I just want to get rid of this stomach flab!!! My goal is 135. I figure there I will be tight an have ALOT of Cathe muscle!!!!
