Cathe..replacement exercise for overhead tricep extensions?

Help!!!!

I've tried these seated on a chair, seated on a step, very light weights, moderate weights, I still feel discomfort with this exercise, any suggestions for a replacement? It is the tricep segment from Muscle Max that I am referring to.

Hi Jerry! You can do:

1) a lying barbell tricep extension or
2) a standing ONE ARM tricep extension with dumbbell, or
3) a lying one arm cross body kick back extension w/dumbbell
