Cathe - References for Strength Training

Hi Cathe,

As an ACE Personal Trainer, I am always looking for great reference books and one of my favorites is Effective Strength Training by Douglas Brooks. He has a very unique way of explaining kinesiology so one can easily apply the theory to the exercise (much like your strong cuing abilities which makes intricate choreography very easy to follow).

I notice that several of your strength videos contain body positions and joint angles which Douglas recommends in his book. Just out of curiousity, have you ever read any of his publications and used them as a reference tool? I think your strength videos are the best out there and am looking forward to receiving your new vidoes.
