I think she sat there and thought: "How can I really make them realize they worked the day before when they do their cardio days? "
Now that I'm in Meso 2 and starting to get more pronounced DOMS then in Meso 1, I'm really noticing this.
For example this week after CS&T, she picked Step Heat which had tons of chest presses and tricep presses. That felt good for the most part since it was just stretching the muscles a bit and did not require any "real work".
However.... Today she had 10.10.10 on the schedule after legs and I felt those power hops and the strattle squats and I could go on. My legs were begging for mercy at the end of the workout. Good thing it was a short cardio.
