Cathe really put some thought into STS cardio rotation

I think she sat there and thought: "How can I really make them realize they worked the day before when they do their cardio days? " :D

Now that I'm in Meso 2 and starting to get more pronounced DOMS then in Meso 1, I'm really noticing this.

For example this week after CS&T, she picked Step Heat which had tons of chest presses and tricep presses. That felt good for the most part since it was just stretching the muscles a bit and did not require any "real work".

However.... Today she had 10.10.10 on the schedule after legs and I felt those power hops and the strattle squats and I could go on. My legs were begging for mercy at the end of the workout. Good thing it was a short cardio. :eek:
 
DH and I agree with you completely! I have LOVED her STS cardio rotation. It has been wonderful to have a well thought out rotation to follow. :)
 
I am glad that you posted this. I did not notice her cardio rotation post until today.

She even has it as a rotation that you can put in your calender. If you're way into your STS rotation it probably doesn't pay to add it now, but it'll still be there next time you do it. :D
