Cathe: ?? re Ab Circuits and rotations

Hello, Miss Cathe:

I believe, from my reviews of past threads, that you schedule two Ab Circuits workouts per week as part of the STS rotations (3- month and 6-month), and I noticed, in looking at your regular rotations on the Rotations board that you also schedule core work only twice per week.

May I ask your position or philosophy on frequency of core work? Do you feel that twice per week is optimum?

I'd really like to get your informed opinion on this, understanding that individual physical differences might warrant more or less frequent core routines.

well, cathe, if you are around, could you answer this one too?

i do have a question. the cardio workouts for this month, for ex. xtrain kickbox, has biceps work in it. do we skip all the added weight work or add it in? like we need extra weight work on top of STS!! LOL.

AND!! started mesocycle 2 today and i probably won't even be able to pick up my arem tomorrwo. what a fabulous workout!!! AND ,another thing, no fair making me laugh when i am trying to work so hard!!!!
it was during the shoulder press when we are working to TF. i don't remember what you said right now, but i was laughing and it made it very hard to keep my form.:)

oh , and done more thing, cathe, my favorite color is RED!! love red, so i love your outfit in meso 2 chest, shoulder, tri's.

Hi Dover

I know you question was for Cathe, but I was looking over the rotation. For XTrain Express, you do the warm up and the kickbox only.
