Cathe R U familiar w/Scoliosis?

Hello Cathe or anyone willing to help me out,
My name is Trina. I've been working out to Cathe tapes off and on for the last 6 months or so prior to Cathe was The Firm and Tae Bo for 6 months. Back in May I threw out my tailbone while in the middle of a 21 day Tae Bo challenge. Now I don't know if my tailbone popped out of socket due to the basic Tae Bo 5 days a week or my Scoliosis. I've been told by my doctor it could be one or the other. I currently weigh 183 lbs and I'm 5'6". I must add when I had my back surgery they inserted 4 screws in my back and fused it to my spine with pieces of my rib whiched stopped my growth at the age of 9. I'm now 28. I've been told by the doctor that performed surgery on my back when I was younger not to allow my weight to go over 155lbs. The more weight I carry the worse my back will feel. Cathe my question for you is what type of workouts would you advise me to do. I know I need to focus on strengthening the core muscles as well as losing fat and increasing flexibility in my back. I've listed the workouts I currently have of yours below. Will you Cathe or anyone familiar with scoliosis help me out here? At the beginning of the year I plan to workout 4 days a week I wanted to do cardio 4 days a week 2 of the days I'd like to add an upper body workout to my cardio. One day add lower body with cardio and one day have a longer cardio session alone. I'm open to suggestions. I need to add my exercise level is intermediate.

The spiritual journey is one of continually falling on your face, getting up, brushing yourself off, looking sheepishly at God, and taking another step."
