Cathe I was womdering what you thought about adding a little time table while exercising in the workouts.
My husband and I were exercising, and he commented on how a timetable motivated his performance.
He felt that it is more do-able when he can see the time that you have to complete an exercise (you can do anything for a minute)
I told him that I would ask you about it.
This way you know just how much more time is left and you need to push yourself.
Say with drills, kickboxing Imax,circuits etc.
