Yesterday I did my favorite leg workout: Legs and Glutes. I'm wondering if there is another way for me to do lunges without straining my knees. I try do use 8 to 10 lbs. for lunges and I am careful about my knees not going past my toe. Would it be better for me to do them on the 8 inch high step or just at a shorter range?
