Cathe, Q about weight loss & rotations

Hi Cathe,
I'm really enjoying the new workouts! But, I have a question. I'm trying to loose the 10 lbs. that I've recently regained;( and I'm having a hard time deciding if I should begin one of your weight loss or strength/muscle building rotations. My goal is to shed the lbs and get more definition. I did both types of rotations to loose weight in the past but can't remember which seemed to give better results. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

Bumping!
I'd love to see an updated version of Cathe's 16 week weight loss rotation!

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.

I would too. I know it is a "wine" belly...but I figure if I work out hard enough...Ok, past 40 yrs old, who am I kidding? But a weight loss rotation update would be great. Is there enought cardio on the 4 day split to lose weight? Seems hard to believe...although I would like to.

Is there something wrong with this site becuase I see that others have replied but I can't read there responses.

You could always add cardio on the days you don't do a 4DS workout. Since it's only 4 days, gives you 3 other days for rest or more cardio.

Hi Trina! You can do the Nov 07' rotation and substitute one of the off days with a 45 minute interval workout of choice. You can also add a steady state cardio in addition to the interval workout EVERY OTHER week. Doing this combined with a very clean diet will absolutely shed weight and expose nice muscle definition.
Good Luck!

Thank you sooooo much for answering my question. I was going to begin the Jan '06 (Let's Work) rotation but wasn't sure if I would stick to the long workouts. Your suggestions sound great and after hearing another poster speak about her great results w/ the 4DS I'm pumped. Thanks.
