Cathe- Q about weight loss & rotations

Hi Cathe,
I wanted to get your opinion on this. I'm trying to loose the 10 lbs. I've gained over the last few months (stress eating:-(). I'm having a hard time deciding if I should do one of your specific weight loss rotations or a strength/muscle building rotation such as Oct. 07 (back to heavy). My goal is to shed lbs. and develop good definition. Any suggestions.
P.S. I've done a Slow and Heavy and weight loss rotation and saw good results for both, though the S&H was during a maintenance phrase.
