Hi Cathe I'm doing STS now is my second week, but I do 6 days weigths and 30 min cardio before STS everyday, like monday and Thursday chest,shoulders and biceps, tues and friday: back and tricep, Wednesday and saturday legs. For legs I do low impact step from 4DS, and the others days I used Hiit or Kickbox, please tell me if Im wrong I can make changes.Thank you
