Hi Cathe I'm doing STS now is my second week, but I do 6 days weigths and 30 min cardio before STS everyday, like monday and Thursday chest,shoulders and biceps, tues and friday: back and tricep, Wednesday and saturday legs. For legs I do low impact step from 4DS, and the others days I used Hiit or Kickbox, please tell me if Im wrong I can make changes.Thank you
 
Hi Mariposa! Now that you have started STS you won't need to do all of that extra weight work. I suggest doing each STS weekly workout (a total of three weight workouts) three times a week and you can add in a fourth day of additional leg work (on top of the leg work that's already included in your STS workouts). I wouldn't do more than that or your body won't have proper recovery time. The body can only recover when it is not stressing those muscle groups. As far as cardio, you can do 4 to 5 a week if you want to but 3 to 4 is fine also (just keep your diet clean).

Main thing is not to over train!
