Hi Cathe please I need you advice, I do have spine stenosis, and I do Xtrain because I can't live with out exercises, you are training for long time please tell me wich of your dvds I can do, my PT give me some core exercises but for me is nathing after work with your dvds for long time, give me advice please, Thank you,

Not Cathe but i'm a physical therapist so I figured I would chime in. I think that you can do most exercises without an issue. If you feel pain doing anything, stop immediately. Because of your diagnosis, your going to want to avoid any type of back extension exercise as this will cause more compression on the nerves (this is true only if you have foramenal stenosis vs central stenosis). You want to be very mindful of maintaining a neural spine with all activity. I'm sure your PT gave you some good core strengtheners. These may seem basic but they really build the strength in the deep core muscles. Feel free to ask any questions. I hope Cathe responds to you so she can share her opinions.

Hi how are you today I went to the doctor and ask for my MRI results in writhing until now still wait for: Grade 1 anterolisthesis L4/ L5. Loss of disc space height and T2 signal degenerative changes at L5-S1 compatible with advance disc desiccation. Mild disc desiccation also noted at L4/L5.L4/L5 secondary to bilateral facet arthropathy results in mild to moderate canal stenosis . Superimposed left foramical disc herniation impinging on the left L4 nerve root. A 6x3mm synovial cyst is identified adjacent to the left. Small amount of fluid facet joint. Ok this is some but I don't know what's is it until my neurosurgeon call me. If you have some advice please, thank you
