Hi Kathy! Thank you SO much for bringing this to my attention. Unfortunately I have to teach in three minutes and have no time to comment but wanted to quickly let you know I just saw this and am so deeply saddened. Jan Gray's letter is so eloquently written, and since Two Roads Fitness has (I think) been a resource for you and your crew, I kinda thought you'd appreciate (enjoy's not the right word :-() seeing Jan 's letter. I have had terrific experiences dealing with Jan's company and in reading her letter about Chico I was especially struck by some similarities -- two gracious and very well-spoken women own SNM and Two Roads Fitness, and those two dynamic women LOVE their doggies and all service doggies! (And hey, what's NOT to love about any doggie, I say!!!)
