WOOSH!!!!!!!! I did All Step tonight (that I got at K-mart_ and it really kicked my butt!!!!!! Great video.

Before you know it you'll be so hooked on Cathe you'll be happy you can even get them online! (But I understand the appeal of deciding to purchase without having to wait a few days for the videos to arrive.)

I like the box lunges in All Step.

There are a lot of complaints in the "Suggestions for Cathe's new videos" section about the video being too difficult for beginners. I would never recommend Cathe to a beginner or some one who has never stepped before so I was wondering of it was CTX All Step being sold with the step or an easier Cathe that I haven't heard about.

I am not a beginer to exercise or to step, and I do have other Cathe videos.

Hi Edith,
I was just asking in general if anyone knows if it is the CTX All Step Video - I wasn't implying that you were a beginner by any stretch of the imagination! I hope I didn't offend you. It just concerned me that beginners were picking up the step and video at K-Mart and Cathe isn't really for someone new to step.

So, is it CTX All Step?
