Hi Cathe! I recently did your Bootcamp video. I find itm difficult to keep up at first because I haven't worked out for almost a year now. My question is it okay for me to break up Bootcamp into 2 segments per day? I did half of Bootcamp in the morning and the other half at night. Will I lose any weight doing this? It is just hard for me initially to do the whole thing since I haven't worked out in a long time. Thanks so much Cathe!
