i am a 30 year old, long time exerciser. i think i am advanced but i havent tried any of your tapes. i have read alot about you and am intrigued. i am planning on buying some of your videos after reading so many positive reviews on various websites.
i have a couple questions for you:
1. no matter WHAT i do, i cant seem to bugde the fat from my thighs (lateral thighs, quads, all of it) They look very flabby and without nice lean definition. i have a lean upper body and good abs. i run 35-45 mins at 7.0-7.6 miles per hour on the treadmill and i also do tae bo once a week as well as elliptical 2-3 times for 30 minutes minimum. i do 5 days cardio per week and i also do wt machines at the gym for upper and lower body 3 days per week. i have tried pilates, yoga, stability ball, wts and toning exercises in all kinds of combinations of reps and weights. all of this in order to move the fat but it wont go! i am so depressed and have an eating disorder from just being so disappointed over and over with how my body responds to ALL this exercise. CAN you please recommend for me an exercise plan to best sculpt and define my lower body and abs (esp lower body) and upper i guess, but i like my upper body. i need to feel there is hope and i am losing hope!
2. can you pls recommend a couple of tapes for me. i have heard step will make your butt bigger and quads thicker. this is absolutley what i dont want but i see people doing step aerobics with great bodies. i was going to purchase MIC and MIS but if there is a better combo of workouts, pls let me know!
