I am an advanced exerciser-free weights and machines plus lots of cardio. My gym is getting so expensive and my trainer keeps going up in price! I currently lift 3x a week. I am looking to do my workouts at home. I have lots of equipment here, but no squat rack or pull up bar.
Would this work for me?
Also, I am going on a couple of vacations. One in August for 6 days and one in September for 3 days. How does that factor in to the workout? What do you do when you have to miss?
