I have a question about developing definition in my upper body. I just completed 8 weeks of the 4Day split rotation (I also added interval w/o on one of the rest days) and while I'm happy with the improved strength and deifinition in my shoulders, I'm wondering what I need to do to see more definition in other areas. I want cuts like you and your crew. I just began your Feb 08 rotation today that uses GS and S&H for strength. Will I see continued definition w/ this or should I keep using the weight portion of 4DS?
I know that clean eating and genetics play a part in this -and I definitely need to improve on the eating part- but I'm just wondering what I can do. I've been working out with you for 1 1/2 years but I haven't achieved that "cut" look that I'm looking for. And, when I did GS and S&H each for 6 weeks, I saw some definition but no where near what you and your crew look like and I was eating pretty clean.
Is it possible to acheive anywhere near your look doing lifting at home? Or, does it take a lot more time and deliberateness than I'm thinking.
Any suggestions and/or insight would be much appreciated. I'm really frustrated with this.
