i used the same weights and my quads were burning!the next day i have no doms. i'm kinda worried. i was on crutches for 6 weeks,boot 2 weeks.so i thought i would lose strength in my legs,but i haven't. i can do a leg press with 5 risers,10# weight but dont feel like my legs are working. my quads and outer thighs burn if i push anything a little heavy because my feet dont move fast enough for my upper body. i walk very very slow after awhile. i cant figure out what it is i need to do to start walking normal again. its been over 4 months!
