I know your probably very busy but I hope you can respond to this question. O.K., so I've been working out with your vids for 6 months now using ME, PUB, PLB, and a few other tapes (Jari Love). I also just got SS/PP but have only done those once. I am going to get the entire Gym style series and Muscle max (your new circuit w/o are on their way). I have been doing cardio for 50-60 min., followed by 30-35 min of weights- I split upper and lower- 4 days/wk, then 1 day of 60+ min of cardio, and 1 day of a circuit workout (e.g. Bootcamp). So, I work upper body 2x/wk (30 min) and lower 2x/wk(30 min). My goal is to loose weight (I've lost 15lbs. and have 10 more to go) and gain definition, but not bulk (lean w/ cuts).
Two questions: 1) Does this schedule sound good?
2) Once I begin the Gym style, will I see results by working each body part once a week since I've been working them twice a week? I haven't decided if I will mostly do the timesaver options on these workouts, but if I do, will I get the same intended results?
I feel like I'm doing well but there's so much info out there I'm not sure if what I'm doing is fully benefiting me. You're so knowledgeable about fitness, I would love to here an expert's advice. Thank you.
