Cathe or SNM

It is not a Cathe workout. It is a workout with 30 min of Kimberly Spreen, 30 min of Rob Glick and one other 30 min workout. They are not very intense... If you do a search on the slanted risers in this forum - you can find a more detailed explanation of the 3.
