Hello Cathe or Chris,
Way back when the WM was first announced, I swear it was said that we would eventually be able to get a workout card for all of Cathe's dvds: just choose PUB, for example, and I'd get a workout card with all the weights I should be using, based on my 1RM.
I haven't noticed that that's been done yet - is it still in the plans?
If it's not, then I know I can go into the list of individual exercises and create my own workout card for each dvd. That's more time-consuming, but would only have to be done once, I suppose. I'm sure Cathe's pre-STS workouts will feel very different if I'm trying to stay at my 60-70% rep max!! I'd love to hear from Cathe what % she would recommend for each workout. Should PUB be done at 60;65;70;65;60% rep max, for example?
