cathe next project?

I know STS is still pretty new and Cathe is working on that. But I didn't buy it. And I didn't really like the 4day split. I would love new DVDs. Do we know what's her next project?

Just curious...
 
Give 4 day split another try. It took a while for me to get used to it but now I love the kickboxing and bootcamp a lot!
 
I agree. Bootcamp and Kickboxing are the only ones I do.
Sometimes I do the weight... but there are better options that she has.
 
I agree with everyone. But as many times as I TRY to like 4DS, I just can't get excited about it. With the grand scope and scale of STS, I'm sure Cathe needs some time just to "chill out." But I am VERY anxious to hear about any new projects. I tell myself that it probably won't be this year; that way I won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen. If I had a choice, I'd like to see another Drill Max or a more cardio-based/muscle endurance/circuit DVD.

Don't ask or you might get flamed like I was. Sad isn't it?

I love STS, but I don't want it to become the end of Cathe's productions.

I really want to know when a new series might be announced so I can save the $ for the Pre Sale.

Heck yeah that sucks. I personally don't understand why anyone would flame you for asking. It is pretty hurtful when you are just asking a question. I've been flamed before and boy I tell you it is like being teased in elementary school all over again.
I truly hope that Cathe will come out with some kick boxing and boot camp stuff. Heck knowing Cathe she never stops and probably has her mind spinning with new ideas. You can always count on Cathe to push the envelope with kickin cool new stuff. We just have to have patience.
 
I'm currently doing the Intensity Series rotation that Cathe put on the boards when those workouts came out and I'd love an Intensity Series 2! I LOVE IM2, C&W, PUB, PLB, etc., so another updated round would be fantastic!
 
I'd like an endurance series -- like Muscle Endurance but more focused on individual body parts -- using moderate weights. There may be one already. If so, please let me know. I just don't have the space for squat racks, barbells and lots of additional heavy weights. I dream of the day that I have a room designated as "my gym." *sigh*
 
I bumped the poll I posted in late November re: what workouts people would like to see Cathe do next. I don't think it's unreasonable for people to express their preferences for Cathe's next project. After all, not all of us bought STS and we want some new workouts from Cathe too! :)

There was a LOT of interest in MMA and Steady State Step IIRC.
 
I would like another LowMax and a band workout. I am starting to love "the band" and after STS I am sure I will want a break from weights. I did LowMax the other day and just really enjoyed it after not doing it for a while.
 
I think another kind of STS but mox of cardio weight and circuit would be great!

or a kickboxing serie would be the best!!!

sigh...I'm rather impatiently awaiting news on the previoiusly announced (though that was over a year ago, before STS was even in production) MMA series. Or any news on what's next.

ANY news would be welcome (is it happening? then I'll set aside pre-order money. Is it not happening? Then I'll be more than annoyed. Will there be some MA/KB/Bx workouts and maybe some step workouts? Then I'll be only semi-annoyed,;) but at least relieved that there will be some of my beloved MA What?)

I do think it's time for cardio (or maybe some cardio/med-ball circuit work). STS should fill the Cathe weight work gap for a while.

I saw that thread, I think a few regular posters gave her a hard time for posting it, but I don't believe they were Cathe employees.
