I'm thrilled that Cathe is going to do another cardio-based workout. I would love an interval style or bootcamp-style workout that doesn't involve the step. Don't get me wrong, I love step (and I have almost all of Cathe's step workouts), however, my body responds better to non-step workouts and I get great results with routines that are floor-based cardio with intervals or weight circuits.
Any others here who feel the same, or am I in the minority?
