Hi Cathe,

Just wanted to let you know that I've just started your workouts (after doing The Firm and others for years) and I just love your videos! I've been doing Basic Step and Body Fusion for the last couple of weeks and I swear I already look firmer than I have before! I ordered the new Beginner/Intermediate videos too and can't wait to get them. You are a wonderful teacher, the choreography (which is usually tough for me as I have two left feet :) ) was so well taught that I can do it and do it well! I look forward to advancing with your videos. I'm hooked!

Hi Kris, Today is my first day on the message boards. I just received Cathe's Basic Step and Body Fusion. How are you working the rotation for the DVDs? These are my first workouts from her and I'm not sure the best way to use them. Since you are using the same ones I just thought I would see how you are using them. Thanks
 
Hi Lana,

I am doing the Basic Step 3 times a week and the Body Fusion twice a week. I have done the add ons with the Basic Step Workout, but I know that you really shouldn't weight train the same muscles on 2 consecutive days. Hope that makes sense. I really am enjoying the videos, so I hope you do too! ;) Cathe seems to have a great personality, that makes it fun for me.

thank you so much Kris for your help. I think I will try the basic step tonight. I've been reading so much about Cathe lately and I used to do Step Aerobics all the time for years. I've just been away from it for a while.
