Cathe: my new favorite core workout!

I just did Core Max part I for the first time, and I LOVE it! The sequence of moves (I love to start ab work "from the bottom up"), the types of moves. All very challenging and effective. I can't wait to try the second that third workouts, 'cuz I love the stability ball.

If the sound on this workout were better (it's a bit harsh and sounds like you're talking on a bad phone from a basement), it would be absolutely perfect!

One question: my neck got more sore than it usually does when I do ab work (in the back and sides). Does this get better with practice and/or as the specific muscles gain endurance?
 
Hi Kathryn! I'm glad you are enjoying the workout. Yes, your neck will become less sore as the specific muscle recruitment acclimates.
