I just ordered STS Ab Circuits after reading the thread on Levitation Holds in the OD forum. I watched the YouTube clip of it and my kids love to watch you too. They are 2 and 3 and just love whenever "Caffe" is on. All while the clip was on my 3 year old kept up with you on the moves. She did the paper plate moves with great form. Then both girls got their little playground balls and did the workout. They followed you exactly. I wish I had turned the video camera on. In fact, my older one is such a scrawny little peanut that she has a 4-pack that I envy. I kept having to play the clip all day. This is not their first Cathe workout though. They love to play with the bands and do Travel Fit and they even use 2 pound weights on occasion and do PUB. I am happy that they love working out with you already. Thank you for being an inspiration to us all.
