I fell on Christmas eve and compressed my T12 vetebre. Have begun STS (doing the 6 month rotation) Did Low Max today w/ no back pain:) Hope to start running again by April. Because of your workouts, I feel that I healed quicker than expected:) Just wanted to thank you for all you did (and still do) for me. Now, if I could just get the arm corrdination w/ my feet for your step workouts...Thanks again Cathe!!!!!!!! Kay
