Cathe, my abs were in shock

right after I finished the ab section of Turbo Barre!! So was my thigh/butt area!! How often should I do this workout for optimal results? I follow Weight watchers plan & have lost 35 lbs since June & need to lose about 10 more. I love this series!!:)
 
Hi Wiggie! Congrat's this workout will work you for sure! Do this workout 2 days a week and every once in a while you can even do it a third time per week. Don't do them on consecutive days. Spread out the love ;)

Thank you Cathe!! I will definitely do that & let you know my final results, & there's no way I could do it two days in a row!!:p I've been doing your LIS since I received it as a preorder, & my lower body is looking better. I'm going to kick it up a notch to get ready for summer. In case I didn't mention this, I love this series!!:D
