He had been saying for about a month that he wanted to do a weight workout, but I could never talk him into it. On Friday, out of the blue, he said he was ready. I set him up for Gym Style Back, Shoulders, and Biceps. He just knew he could start out with the same weights that you use. By the time the shoulders came around he was down to 5 pounders and barely made it through the biceps section. The band work got him really good. He could barely lift his arms when it was over, and he even took a nap afterwards.
He did the workout again yesterday, this time using the weights that I suggested he use. He made it through the workout a lot easier. It was so funny because during the band work, he just kept saying, "What is she thinking." :7 I just laughed.
