I'm still pushing for the Cathe workout journal. One page per day with her various motivational quotes throughout, pics of Cathe and crew for more motivation, etc. I've popped this thought up before, so I hope she is making a list. I currently use Suzanne Schlosberg's, but would switch to one by Cathe in an instant! Great ideas on all of this stuff!
