Cathe, I'm starting an 18 week training schedule to run a marathon in June.
I've been using your Intensity Series videotapes since Christmas and have really enjoyed them. My husband has been using some of them too. We have both seen good results. My question is that on my two days of crosstraining from running I would like to use your Intensity Series videotapes and would like to know which ones you would suggest for this purpose?? Kim
