Cathe Kicked my butt....and I love it

I just finished STS and was feeling pretty good about myself; I've definitely gained strength and have been using heavier weights then ever before now I'm just looking for more definition. I'm going to do her body building rotation; I took a recovery week and then ended up getting sick so I had two weeks off and started up again this week.

I subbed Gym Style Legs with Pyramid Lower Body because I haven't tried this one yet and used dumbbells...yowza my forearms and hands were so tired by the end and started feeling DOMS in my legs later that day. Today I did Gym Style Chest and Triceps and I could barely get through it I don't know if my upper body was tired from yesterday or if I was having an off day but man it was tough! I feel DOMS all over.....can't wait until tomorrow eek!

That's why I love Cathe so much; just by rotating her videos and doing different rotations you keep getting stronger and making changes! Even after you've thought you mastered one you go back to it after awhile and it will knock you out for the count in a great way! :)
 
I know how you feel. Today I'm having trouble sitting/standing. I did total body trisets yesterday, after finishing an xtrain rotation. Wanted to run today, but since I'm having trouble walking, it will have to wait! :)
