I've grown a little tired of the Kickmax blasts since these moves appear in so many other workouts, so today I did the first half of Kickmax, replaced the blast portion with the drills from Cardio Kicks, and then continued with the leg drills from Kickmax. I love this medley. Since I use hand weights, I keep the intensity up in these drills. Do others of you put together kickbox medleys from Cathe's four kickbox workouts? Just curious as to what you do.
