Cathe kickbox medleys?

I've grown a little tired of the Kickmax blasts since these moves appear in so many other workouts, so today I did the first half of Kickmax, replaced the blast portion with the drills from Cardio Kicks, and then continued with the leg drills from Kickmax. I love this medley. Since I use hand weights, I keep the intensity up in these drills. Do others of you put together kickbox medleys from Cathe's four kickbox workouts? Just curious as to what you do.
 
A-Jock had a kickbox mish mosh posted a couple of weeks ago. Maybe you could use the search to find it. It looked great, killer but great.

I've done:

KM warm-up thru combos
KPC all three combos, ab work and stretch

KM warm-up thru combos
CTX-Kickbox and stretch

KPC warm-up and cardio intensity
CK kicks and punches, KPC stretch

KPC warm-up and cardio intensity
KM combos
KM leg condition drills, stretch

KPC warm-up and combos
CTX-Kickbox only, no arm drills
KM leg condition drills, stretch

CK warm-up, kicks and punches
CTX-Kickbox portion, arm drills, stretch

These sound fun to keep things interseting. But, I don't have CK or CTX. Are there any parts of KPC &/or KM to sub for those portions?

Thanks for these suggestions, I hadn't even thought to use the BC premixes. And, I love the moves in BC. So, this gives me a whole other set of possibilities! Also, I would imagine that the BC mixes could replace the drills in CK if you don't have that workout.
