Cathe, Kick, Punch and Crunch boxing class?

;-) Hi Cathe! Just finished Kick, Punch and Crunch! Love those drills how they are broken down into 2 moves at a time and how you combine these into drills! Great core work. I can actually do a half of a pike now (must be I am getting stronger). I can see how you could not have used Kung Fu Fighting in this video! I wanted to know if you took or observed any boxing classes for this video? I do not know how you don't get confused trying to teach as well as do the drills at the same time. I have enough trouble doing the drills let alone trying to explain them! Also, I have to throw this in, love the chinese music at the end of the cooldown. It makes me feel like I am at the chinese restaurant next to your gym YUCK! Tee HEE, chuckle chuckle!

I also loved Kick Punch & Crunch - I have been doing Tae Bo and kick boxing for 5 years - so I do use 2# hand weights - which I also use for Cardio Kicks - it just kicks up the intensity.

I love the higher impact of this tape! Actually I have done all of the six tapes and I love all of them - you are truly awesome!
