Hi Cathe,
I'm new to your workouts but have been into fitness since I was a teenager. After being a runner for 20 years, I am thankful not to have ruined my knees (but I did mess up my hip and have switched to cycling), but now at 43 I am just starting to "feel" my left knee when I do step - or walk down stairs. I think I read somewhere that you had knee surgery at one point? How do you keep your knee(s) healthy with all the stepping and running you do? I do leg extensions to help strengthen the muscles around my knees (in addition to just about any other weight exercise you can imagine), but I wondered if you had any other wonderful exercises you do.
Thanks for all of your wonderful workouts. I never knew there were actually home workouts that could really challenge me like yours do. I'm so excited! Your workouts are just what I needed to shock my body into bikini shape for Mexico.
