I have the S&H Series and many other of your tapes. I rotate your tapes, the Firm and some gym cardio. (Did I mention that you are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!???????) I have been eyeing up the Pure Strength for a while now. I want to build more muscle and think this might help. I am wondering how to incorporate it though. Is it used in short rotation cycles like the S&H series or is it used more often? All info appreciated! Christine
